Blimey, we are certainly getting busier by the week at the moment as full on wedding season comes hurtling towards us! We are seeing so many gorgeous brides coming in for final fittings, as well as those newly embarking on their journey into finding their perfect bridal look – and we love the time we spend with each and every one of you. We actually shared a few pictures of one of our most recent brides over on our Facebook page last week – the beautiful Laura who was married at Diglis House Hotel. Anyhoo, we digress. This week on the blog, we actually wanted to share with you some gorgeous pictures from a styled shoot we were a part of last month, with a fabulous team of local wedding industry suppliers.
The lovely Jane at Tulle & Blue recently styled and co-ordinated a bridal shoot at The Manor Arms Inn Abberley. Jane approached us here at Gatehouse Brides to supply the wedding gowns for the shoot, as well as a host of other – incredibly talented – local wedding suppliers all credited below.
The Manor Arms Inn is situated on the Worcestershire Way and dates back to the 17th century. Originally a much smaller inn with its own brew house, then owned by the Lord of the Manor. Extensively refurbished in 2013, the inn is now registered for civil ceremonies either inside or outside in the picturesque gardens overlooking a spectacular view of the rolling countryside.

Creative Styling
As well as coordinating and styling the shoot, Jane from Tulle & Blue also supplied the bridal accessories and separates as well as stationery.
Photographer
The amazing images were captured, edited and supplied by Sarah Palmer at Nellie Photography.
Prop Hire
Sarah at Flowers by Floyd was our venue stylist and supplied all of the props on set.
Flowers
The stunning flowers were designed and supplied by Jane at Long Barn Flowers.
Cake
The incredibly talented Sian from Cakes by Sian created a beautiful wedding cake for the shoot.
Hair & Makeup
Last but not least, we had wedding hair by Claire Hateley and bridal makeup by Kay Edwards.
Ultimately, the aim of these styled shoots is to create images to inspire brides, offer ideas for your very own wedding day and create avenues to local wedding industry suppliers to help you achieve your dream day. Hopefully these images have ignited a little inspiration in you, and we would absolutely recommend any and all of the above suppliers for your big day.
We had an absolutely incredible day, full of creativity, wonderful people and we have all come away with some amazing images. We very much look forward to being part of another shoot soon.
